    In this day and age the mental health and wellbeing of employees should be a major consideration for employers. Having Ben in the business as a Wellness Coach provided a much needed confidential outlet for staff that required someone to confide in.

    Ben has been fantastic with our staff. He is easy to talk to, knowledgeable and has helped a number of our employees through tough times in their professional and personal lives.

    I saw the benefits of the Wellbiz program through staff utilising this service, and it gave me peace of mind that all staff had someone to go to if they needed it.

    Since the inception of the WellBiz program there have been a number of positive outcomes including a reduction in absenteeism, an increase in productivity and a general lift in staff morale .

    The most exciting thing has been implementing the Wellness program with random groups meeting to discuss day to day concerns and the option for individuals to have one on one’s with Ben for more personal and private matters. The group sessions offered a neutral ground for team members to table their concerns which were met with realistic courses of action (the feedback was exceptional) but it was with the one on ones where we have seen our biggest benefits to date.

    One or two individuals in particular have seen dramatic turnarounds in the health, both physically and mentally after a course of sessions with Ben.

    From our first consultation, I realised the benefit of having someone overseeing and personalising the wellness program for our organisation. The service Ben provides is respectful and personable and I have seen a change in the team’s attitude and level of engagement.
