Hi, I’m Ben.

I live in Brisbane and I’ve been involved in Wellness Facilitation since 2015.

Since moving to Australia, I have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sport Science as well as various Wellness Coaching qualifications. My background enable me to work with businesses and individuals at improving their health and wellbeing. I create programs for companies who want to enable their staff to fulfil their potential by being ‘at their best’.

I grew up in the north east of England in a city called Sunderland. I was an active child and participated at a high level in both soccer and cricket, earning national recognition. My involvement in team sports from an early age instilled me with an excellent understanding for what is required to be a successful organisation and what it takes to manage teams effectively.

During high school, I lost my father to a long-term illness which had a significant impact on me. I became withdrawn, suffered a huge loss in confidence and developed anxiety and panic attacks that affected my schooling and adolescent years in general. Around the same time, my school was involved in an extremely traumatic period which only heightened the issues that I was experiencing. Struggling to cope, I was referred to specialist counsellors and behavioral therapists to help me overcome my issues.

These people aided in changing my awareness and outlook on how the mind works and more importantly, that every person is unique and therefore needs to be communicated to in a different way to maximise their development and potential to succeed.

I’m also available to help individual clients to reach goals by helping them overcome any obstacles that life has thrown their way.

Hi, I’m Genevieve.

I’m an active Mum, with a sweet tooth, who loves my dogs and enjoy a night in with my favourite people.

I’m born and bred in Queensland, but I grew up in a bilingual, immigrant family. I was also diagnosed with a neurodiverse condition and PTSD in high school. As a result, I learnt to navigate through and build my own coping mechanisms and find holistic ways to heal, resolve and support myself and the relationships I built in my adult life.

This led me down a pathway of educating myself in life coaching, neuroscience, organisational psychology and other modalities related to personal development and holistic wellness.

I have been working in the areas of people and culture, particularly in roles such as training, coaching, culture, team and leadership development. These passions evolved into a love for building and implementing talent and culture strategies for people and businesses.

I work with clients in a consulting capacity as an organisational development expert that supports building learning programs that engage, retain and provide great learning experiences for their people.

I love that I get to work with such diverse groups, by designing programs that will support engaging experiences as well as people feeling more aligned and satisfied in their work and life.

I’m also available to partner with clients to work on strategy, leadership development or change management that support your new wellness initiatives.
